Payment and refunds
How to pay for Pro and token packs, when access opens, how to check a payment and how to get your money back.
How to order
- Sign up or log in to LexiBoard.
- Open the “Plan & billing” page.
- Choose a Pro period (month, 6 months or year) or a token pack, and a payment method — card or ERIP.
- Click “Pay”: the secure WebPay payment page opens. Pay by card or get an order number to pay in ERIP.
- Once WebPay confirms the payment, Pro or tokens appear in your account automatically.
Prices are in Belarusian rubles: Pro is 25 BYN a month, 129 BYN for 6 months, 219 BYN a year. Any fee charged by your bank is paid by the buyer. All plans and what’s included
Payment methods
Bank card
Visa, Mastercard and Belkart from any bank. You enter card details on the WebPay page. If your bank asks to confirm the payment (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, Belkart InternetParol), enter the code from the SMS or your banking app. The money is charged immediately.
When paying for a month by card, you can tick “Renew automatically” — the monthly price is then charged to this card every month without a separate confirmation. You can turn auto-renewal off anytime on the “Plan & billing” page.
ERIP (Raschet)
Choose “ERIP” and the WebPay page shows your order number. Pay in internet banking, a mobile banking app, an ATM, an info kiosk or at a bank cashier. The bill is valid for 3 days; if it isn’t paid, it’s cancelled and nothing is charged.
- Choose “Raschet (ERIP) system”.
- Open the service at the path shown on the WebPay page.
- Enter the order number, check the amount and pay.
Payment security
Payments are processed by WebPay, a Belarusian payment service. The payment page opens over a secure connection (TLS), and the service complies with the PCI DSS card security standard.
Card details are entered only on the WebPay page and never reach us: we don’t see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC. For auto-renewal we keep only a masked card number and the WebPay binding ID.
Your bank may decline a transaction that looks suspicious — then nothing is charged. Try again or contact your bank.
Receiving the service
LexiBoard is an online service, nothing is shipped. The service is access to Pro or purchased tokens in your account on the website, at no extra charge.
Pro and tokens are turned on automatically as soon as WebPay confirms the payment: by card — usually within a few minutes, via ERIP — once the bank processes the payment.
A paid period starts from the end of your current paid period or trial, so you can pay in advance without losing days.
How to check a payment
The “Plan & billing” page shows your current plan, when Pro ends and your payment history: date, amount, method, order number and status.
If Pro hasn’t turned on an hour after paying, write to us with the order number.

Payment receipt
After a card payment, WebPay emails a payment confirmation: order number, amount, date and masked card number.
For ERIP, the receipt is the one issued by your bank, internet banking or ATM.
On request, we email a document confirming the payment as required by the law of the Republic of Belarus.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel Pro at any time: write to us from the email your account is registered with.
We refund the unused full days of the paid period; if the period hasn’t started yet — the whole payment. Trial days don’t count. Unused purchased tokens are refunded at the pack price.
We refund within 7 days of receiving your request: card payments go back to the same card via WebPay (when they arrive depends on your bank), ERIP payments — to the bank account you specify in the request.
After a refund, Pro ends on the day of the refund.
